A Wrinkle In Time - Cover Design Concept

This cover was created in response to Penguin’s A Wrinkle in Time brief, inviting a contemporary reimagining of a much-loved modern classic.

The illustration focuses on the book’s emotional core, using restraint, space, and light, alongside a limited palette and simplified form, to convey its sense of wonder and introspection.

Created as part of the Penguin Cover Design Award.

I acknowledge the many Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. I pay my respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Sovereignty was never ceded. Australia always was, and always will be Aboriginal land.
